Online lessons must be booked at least 24hrs before the requested lesson time
Face to face lessons must be booked at least 72hours before the requested lesson time

  •  Eximo will send a confirmation email within 24hrs of your booking to confirm your lesson. You should receive a payment receipt from SumUp instantly. Keep this receipt to present if you wish to request an eligible refund.
  • For online lessons you will be given one link to access your meeting when you book your trial. This link will stay the same for all your lessons and won't be resent with every lesson confirmation. Please keep this link safe. Missed lessons due to links not being found cannot be refunded. 

  • Non-changeable packages are not refundable and dates/times cannot be changed. If the teacher cancels, a new date will be set.
    Flexible and One-off Online
    Lessons bookings and in person lessons at a teacher's/student's home, can be cancelled up to 24hrs before your scheduled lesson time to be rolled over to another date.
  • Cancellations within 24hrs of scheduled online lesson/lesson at student's/teacher's house and no shows cannot be changed or refunded. In exceptional circumstances, Eximo may authorise for 50% of the lesson fee to be rolled over to an alternative date. 
  • Login to your lesson at least 5 min before your lesson time to avoid any technical issues or last minute panic if you cannot find your lesson link. Missed time for late log-ins cannot be made up unless it is the teacher's fault for not admitting the student into the meeting at the booked time. 
  • In person lessons at a venue can be cancelled 72hrs before the scheduled lesson time to be rolled over to another date.
  • Cancellations within 72hrs of scheduled lesson in a venue and no shows cannot be changed or refunded. In exceptional circumstances, Eximo may authorise for 50% of the lesson fee to be rolled over to an alternative date. 
  • If cancelled in time and no alternative date can be found for cancellations, please request a refund via email  to [email protected] stating your SumUp order number and your BACS details (to UK bank account only). Card refunds aren't usually possible. Some refunds incur a fee. 

  • Any communications should be made through Eximo. If you need to communicate with your teacher outside of your lesson time solely for queries concerning lessons, send your query to Eximo to pass on to the teacher. Alternatively, Eximo can set up a shared whatsapp group.
  • Cancellations made with the teacher may not not be honored. Teachers and students are not permitted to have social contact for the protection of both parties. 
  • Shall you teminate your lessons with Eximo, you may not contact or pay the teacher directly for  lessons for the year after terminating your lessons with Eximo. 

  • All teachers have been thoroughly vetted and are enhanced CRB checked (especially teachers working with minors).
  • An adult/helper must be present throughout lessons to assist a minor.
  • You are responsible for the Health & Safety throughout your lessons. Please don't do anything that is not safe for you even if advised by a teacher.
